Use PEAR System_Daemon for Server #220

Switch to use PEAR System_Deamon http://pear.php.net/package/System_Daemon to 
be more compatible on system start scripts.

As we move away from PEAR to composer I choosed 
https://packagist.org/packages/shaneharter/php-daemon for now. The rewrite is 
done in Issue 255.
