Cannot see it in Magento 1.9.1.1 #6

I am unable to see Extra Fee in Shopping Cart Rules. However, Extra Fee settings are visible in Configuration part.

Please check on vanilla magento without customization or 3rd party extensions. I just checked and it's worked for me as expected.

I'm closing this issue.
