Missing License #1

Hi Yves (@yvrob), Cool repo!

We're looking at similar work here at UIUC and were interested in making certain we don't re-tread any ground you've walked. In the spirit of open source, we were considering leveraging HxF, perhaps even building on it, but unfortunately I don't see a license for this repo so it's unclear what the user policy is with respect to HxF.

I apologize for the delay in my response; I check this email address less frequently. I have CC-ed my new email address for future correspondence. Additionally, I had to consult with my previous supervisor (Professor Max Fratoni).

I am honored by your interest in my PhD research and would be happy to see this project expand. Max informed me that we are using the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) for this work, and I hope that this is acceptable for your purposes. Please let me know if that is not the case.

Moreover, I would be very excited to assist you in working with HxF or similar methods. Therefore, we could consider potential collaborations involving my current work at ORNL (through projects or internships) and/or the team at UC Berkeley that continues to work with HxF.
