Imprison and flee buttons no longer work #303

In release 1145 the flee and imprison buttons no longer work. See the attached 
screenshot.

Very little to tell about reproduction,... just start a game and try to enable 
flee or imprison. No longer possible, so gamebreaking.

Could you check which revision introduced the problem?

I think the buttons are working, they are just not displayed correctly.

I did,... it is 1145.
That's why I downgraded to 1144, there it still works, and you can't play this 
game without imprisonment.

I did try to press the buttons, but did not succeed. So it really doesn't work.

I think this was introduced in r1142 ...

But that doesn't matter; should be fixed now - please confirm.

I can confirm the buttons are back in r1150
