Word of Power spell during flight

The WOP spell does not function when cast during flight. The vampire has both 
the flight and the WOP spell. He does cast it, but it does no damage and no 
knockback.

It would be better if the WOP could not be cast in the air, this way the 
vampire does not waste an attack on a spell that has no effect. Also, make sure 
that when during combat the flight-spell runs out, he prioritizes casting WOP 
over recasting flight. This way the spell is still useful on the vampire 
without changing the way the spell works.

I don't know if it still does but when they used to use WOP during flight it 
would only ever effect the creatures who were either flying creatures or were 
also using flight. Maybe implementations could be made for both to be true.
