newdig: Computer Player ignores gems when making new treasure rooms #626

In r1850 with the newdig option the CP builds treasure rooms next to gold to 
mine efficiently. He does no such thing with gem blocks but should. Also see 
issue #204.

Packetfile  and log file attached. To reproduce the issue:

1.  Load campaign level 14
2.  Use cheat mode to view map
3.  Speed up game until gems are mined

It is in the algorithm but the way treasure rooms are selected isn't flawless 
atm, so I would guess this is an outcome of overall low probability for 
treasure room (made higher for gold blocks because of higher count)

I will revisit this part in a while.

While an important issue, I need to fix other problems with newdig first to 
avoid fixing something that might change
