newdig: Computer Player to sack creatures to improve creature composition

The Elite computer player can be made more powerful by getting rid of weak 
creatures. As requested attached a map to test this. Follow the ingame 
instructions to configure blue to handle multiple scenarios.

Suggested rules:

- Always throw insects into the temple right away
- Sack flies/beetles when stronger creatures are available but no temple
- Sack demon spawn when dragons are available
- Sack the creatures only when the portal limit is reached, not before.
- Don't sack creatures when over the portal limit.
