Issue #1012

Clarified macOS homebrew step
Fixed small textual details
Removed sudo xcodebuild -license step as it is only needed when doing a full xcode install ( not commandline-tools ).
Made sure --recurse-submodules was included in the clone step
Nix package instructions are unchanged and may need revision
