Suggestion: make sight (and foresight) round #137

Current sight/foresight view not fits into the overall look of the game. Maybe make it round?

It's not possible in the current rendering architecture because everything except 2D drawings and sprites are rendered as cubic voxels (as the original's VOXLAP has done). And personally I prefer more blocky apperance.
