`all-units.template` predestination #1

We currently separates all-units.template file into a smaller file, this could be a bad practice in the future.

I'm thinking to combine the template into a single file instead, since git will diff them anyway.

Basically reverting commit 0b94717678efe64ef7b1a9d3b17321ac6700276f.
