isSFon and sf_type can be combined as a single variable #25

isSFon is either 0 or 1.
sf_type is from 1 to 4.

These two variables can be combined as a single variable, say sf_type.
0 is NO SF interaction. From 1 to n is for different s-f interaction type.
We can eliminate the isSFon input data in in.mspms by doing this.
