Change the format of cfg.mspms to contain information for only the sample molecules #36

We can put only sample molecule information in cfg.mspms. Other molecules
can be replicated by the program using the sample molecules as templates.

Need to modify cfgmaker.cpp, mspms2.c and related files for reading/writing
this file.
