Set iPhysicalMoleIDFromMetaIDinSpecie properly #45

iPhysicalMoleIDFromMetaIDinSpecie is needed to be set only once.

It should be set no matter the molecule insertion is successful or not,
since the molecule is initialized no matter what.

Done. The variable is set inside InitInsertedMole()
