Double clicking video to play if it was already playing or just finished playing re-downloads the stream #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Watch a video (YouTube) until the end (highlighted in the list)
2. Double click the video again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video restarts without re-downloading stream. Instead, the entire video is
refreshed and has to be downloaded again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest FF/YP, WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
This may not be fixable using the normal embedded YouTube player, but it
may be something to think about for the experimental player?
