[BUG] PS5 session request not going through #7

Selecting the ps5 in Vitaki does nothing; logs indicate session request failing for some reason:

starting session request for PS5
trying to request session from :9295
connected to :9295
sending session request
Reported Application Reason : 0x00108b13 (unknown)
Session has quit
[error] 16847198 EventCB CHIAKI_EVENT_QUIT

After getting this error several times, it inexplicably worked.
