Error in calling RSS update #118

Since I've added an RSS feed to Internet Explorer 7.0 on my machine, I get 
an error message popup ever couple of hour saying "Error in calling RSS 
update.  Please refresh your browser."  I refresh my browser then a couple 
of hours later I get the error message again.  Any ideas how to fix this?
