Allow all logs (all sources and application) to be shown in the log view

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

Make a configuration option available that allows me to see all log items in 
the database, no matter the source or application they came from, in the log 
view.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

It will allow me to see all logs in one location rather than having to go to 
different URLs.

This can be done by altering stored procedures ELMAH_GetErrorsXml and 
ELMAH_GetErrorXml. See attached files! 

I have done it, and I can list errors locally on my development machine, as 
well from hosted site. Have two applications on two different domain, all have 
the same Sql connection string pointing to the same database at Web Hotel Sql 
Server!
