sometimes "flash" warnings stick around for subsequent page loads #50

steps to reproduce:

  1. sign up for artist account, but provide an address that's already in the system
  2. see error
  3. go to admin panel
  4. still see error

This is happening because you only show flashes on certain pages. Flashes stay in memory until they are displayed. I have updated this in https://github.com/ywwg/ffagc/pull/72
