a couple bug fixes
make the fitting functions modular: init_func, prob_func (prior + likelihood), optimizer, bounds (fixed #35, fixed #36)
now fit functions automatically normalize input time series to a variance of one before fitting.
updated drw, dho, carma parameter drawing function, added tests
