Feature: add/edit/(remove) dictionaries and dictionary entries in the program itself #3

I think it would be a great project boost if more dictionaries come
available. To realise this it should be possible to start a new dictionary,
add/edit/remove Words from the dictionary and syncronize dictionary entries
with a server. 

Even a web interface to find and edit words would help.

May I ask you to add these features to the project plan?
IMHO it will be hard to get the dictionary usable for many people without
such features.

We are trying to incorporate new best dictionaries slowly. The formatting 
process is
complicate and it takes time.

We'll make an Web Interface (AJAX) to use the dictionaries intranet or online.
