How can we use version 0.99.0 from github?

Sorry for my late response. Since the individual clustering methods have been updated to new versions, for example Seurat (from v2 to v3), SAME 0.99 is not recommended and no longer provided in Github. Instead, I create a download link of version 0.99 at our own website (https://yunliweb.its.unc.edu/same/download.php). You can download the griped package and install locally.
