Write a document for the customized CoffeeScript build #9

@yyfearth I don't really know how to use your compiler. Write something down or tell me where the document is.

pls update the submodule and follow the extra.md. use cake install to make the executable can be execute globally, but i'm not sure whether it would work under win. if it is successful, then u can edit the coffeescript command of sublime text 2, modify 'coffee' to 'xcoffee', and add '-x' to the cmd.

It seems that I have little problem with submodule init/update/sync.

Removing the files and re-updating module solved the problem.

I will try to study how to use cakefile and build system.
