Wrong image position when unit is not POINT #340

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the attached application
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Look at the attached pdf, the first page (which is POINT) is correct but the 
second page (which is in MM) is totally messed up.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Issue constated on r286.
