Exception thrown when there is no "photos" directory #82

Journaley assumes there is a subdirectory named "photos" and tries to attach a filesystem monitor there, but that is not the case when the user has no photos at all. Currently, an exception is thrown, which is not desirable.

Suggested solution: create "photos" directory to begin with, which causes no harm.
