・--hit_cutoffに対応 ・fastq modeでfastq.gz, fastq, fq, fq.gzを判別 ・SRR modeでファイル名から.sraを削除 ・SRR modeでVIRTUS終了後にpigzでfastq圧縮 ・中間ファイルが/tmpに出力されていたので、tmpに変更
