Error in configure.wps.intel.select #3

I found an error in configure.wps.intel.select. the parameter is set to 2 instead should be set at 5 0 6 for intel compiler

Thanks for making this. I see that., I think we should allow user to select manually for now.,

Thats odd, For me(WRF v3.3.1) the the configure script is showing serial intel is 2. Is it different for NMM core. any way Iwill change it to manual for now.

the selection is made manual for now
