I don't know if it's related to, but in the last DEB release, there is an error:
$ gphotoframe
Can't import rss plugin: No module named feedparser.
flickr: invalid nsid API url.
flickr: invalid nsid API url.

$ apt-cache policy gphotoframe

If the target is "Contacts Photos" or "Favorites" in the flickr plugin , you
need
login to Flickr from the "Plugins" tab or specify a user with checking
"Specified
other people;s ID" in Photo Source "Options" tab.

I authorized gphotoframe before add Flickr contacts source, but if I don't
specify my
or other user ID (in which case, gphotoframe works as expected), gphotoframe
don't
show any image, and the message error at startup is the same:
$ gphotoframe
flickr: invalid nsid API url.
