The add keyboard shortcut command, while useful for fast typists, may not suit the needs of General Practitioner Clinic Management Staff very well, as they are not very technologically inclined and may not see the importance of adding shortcuts.

This bug seems unrelated to the quality of documentation as the tester is proposing that our shorcut feature does not add value. Relabelled as feature flaw.

As we've mentioned in our documentation that our target users are fast typers who prefer using the CLI, there is a clear value proposition for this command. The UG is not required to explicitly state the value proposition for each of its featrures.
