watcher Groups display all groups to select #4

The Plug-in is shows all groups created not only those group to assigned in Project , if possible to change plug to show only watcher group that was assigned to determined project. Tks.

@ricardoflora Listing all defined groups in Redmine is designed for our usage of Redmine. Though, I think it is rational to filter out groups if the one is not assigned to the project.

The group listing is done in following line. Please try some tweaks for your demands.

Thanks for answers me, unfortunately I don't know programer in ruby , in fact I am a Test Coordinator , could you Help me ? , or same tip how I could do this , so the parameters you show me :all need change the line.
