can't add more accounts #102

can not add more oauth accounts
app thinks you are logged in as current user (which is true)
when you click "+" to add a new account, user is sent to twitter.com which asks 
if user wants to 
allow or deny the exact same account

if user clicks "+", then the app should make sure current user is logged out 
before switching to the 
twitter.com screen so this does not happen

Disabled cookies when sending authorization requests.
Please verify a fix for this issue.
