Failed to upload video with in a tweet #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app and start new tweet
2. record short video and send tweet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

tweet with a video should be uploaded instead: 
http://yfrog.com/3d91841156j

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 v.20
