Unclear whether Commander uses Bing chat #9

The plugin describes itself as being able to use Bing, but from quickly scanning through the codebase, it seems like it just feeds Bing search results into ChatGPT. Is this correct? Either way, it's not clear what the plugin does, could you please clear it up? Thank you!
