Improve Performance #8

In order to improve the performance, we need to do these things:

  1. do_cmake should have flag -DCMAKE\_BUILD\_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo to disable debug mode
  2. vstart needs to specify the osd device
  3. vstart should not use -d opthion
