Optimize link selection #1240

Proposal

When inserting a link by Alt + M > Link > Link to file in repo A select box opens. This selection should not show files inside node_modules folder.

And related to #758 the selection should also list mdx files.

However, it doesn't seem to be a feature of this extension. Could you check it again?
