Editing speed is slow #1241

What's the problem

当编辑了一定的文字过后, 编辑、预览加载的速度就会变得很慢, 我把这个插件禁用过后, 速度就恢复正常了. 怀疑是不是这个插件的缓存机制哪里出现了问题?

很大可能是插件冲突了，还有其它插件比如 #423 列出来的

只要文件够大/方程够多, 还是会很慢, 我已经只开了这个插件以及Markdown-Math这两个插件, 不至于和Markdown-Math这个插件还冲突吧, 这插件是刚需啊. 例如下面这个文件 draft.md
