Keep formatting TOC to 4 spaces even when formatter off and indent size 2 #1407

Type: Bug

I have set all my format on save and others to false, unbind default formatter. Markdown All in One keeps formatting TOC to 4 spaces even when indent size is set to 2 spaces and using "markdown.extension.list.indentationSize": "inherit"

seems fixed. I didn't do anything special since I posted the issue except rolling back my settings.json to before I disabled everything that could have cause this issue. Even setting "markdown.extension.list.indentationSize": "adaptive", doesn't cause the issue as it should based on #364
