What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Attempt google sign-in
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see Google login page instead get dns error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GPE for eclipse 3.7 (Plugin 3.5.1v201312301719) on Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Attempting to connect via corporate LAN, eclipse features all work as expected
using the native proxy setting which is an auto-config script. Sign-in works
fine with normal internet access.

Just an update, I'm not sure if this is actually an issue with the plugin...?

Original native internet settings used a .ins file to define the path to a
proxy.js config script.
Changing the native settings to point straight to the proxy.js file allowed the
sign-in process to proceed through entering credentials and authorising the
app. However then I got:

!ENTRY com.google.gdt.eclipse.login 4 0 2014-04-23 12:10:59.095
!MESSAGE Could not sign in. Make sure that you entered the correct verification
code.
!STACK 0
java.net.UnknownHostException: accounts.google.com

Changing the eclipse settings to manual proxy settings entering credentials in
HTTPS settings has worked but is undesirable as it needs to be changed based on
my physical location.

I also tried this on a Win 7 laptop with Kepler and sign-in worked fine, so I
guess it maybe a bug with internet explorer 8.
