Import Apps Script Project should allow for cancellation #295

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the "G" icon
2. Select "Import Apps Script Project"
3. See the "Looking for Apps Script projects in Drive" progress meter at the 
bottom of the Window chrome

Unfortunately, there's no option to cancel, and this operation can take a long 
time (up to 3 minutes, in some cases - perhaps for a large drive?).

Not sure if the search could be better-scoped to speed up the query. At the 
least, cancellation should be provided. The UI is unavailable at this time. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
