Import Google Hosted Project throws BackendException #296

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the "G" toolbar icon
2. Choose "Import Hosted Project". May be prompted to log in.
3. Error dialog pops up, indicating a 500 from the API call.

Changes are this has to do with an API break, or possibly a turndown of an API.

The solution here is to remove this functionality. We can re-surface it against 
the newer Cloud Console git repositories, if we'd like..
