Lack of status whether compiled sources are in sync with current sources #337

Kind of usability issue. If you work with sources (both GWT and non-GWT) 
densely you may not know if the current sources are already compiled or not. 
Compilation is sometimes long that you would want to know if you need to 
recompile. Displaying system time of compilation in "GWT Compile" console may 
be an easy indicator what changes were taken to compilation lately.
