Description:
If a downloaded episode is (re)moved through the file system, there's no possibility anymore to toggle the status of "download episode". I get "Error removing downloaded episode". Can't download it anymore or play it anymore.

Click on download episode
rm /path/to/file
Click on download episode or play episode
