zclassic leectrum wallet server not connected #204

Hiya My Z classic wallet will not connect to a the server. ? i have automatically connect to server but the dot on teh bottom right is still red and my transaction doesnt appear?? any help the choice of servers are electrum,zclassic ,community or zclele.duckdns.org but both are not connecting?

If you are using electrum wallet 3.2.0 you can connect to Electrum.zclassic.ch

You can download the latest version on the community github.

hiya thanks for the reply , is that for Mac as i am on a mac and the version i have is 1.0.6 ?

Electrum wallet is not working on mac since sapling upgrade anymore. Sorry you need to get your coins from windows version back. Export your priv key and use windows version please.

Will this be forever or just temporary that Zclassic no longer supports Mac ? Because I only transferred 16$ worth of Classic to the wallet that I can’t asses? Should I just wait until you support Mac in the near future or do something to sort it out as it most likely will be the case that there are no plans to support Mac in the Future??

I mean I dont want to go and buy a windows computer to retrieve 16$ worth of Zcalssic??

I run the electrum server on the electrum.zclassic.ch address. At the moment no one is working on the electrum wallet. There needs to be updated the plugin folder in the electrum source code to cater for sapling. As soon as new devs get onboarded this will prio one to get it fixed. So just wait some weeks maybe and then you might get an update.

You need to upgrade to the latest version 3.2.4. Tha one works. Due to algo change there was a bug. Also mac version works now.

Here's where to find the latest edition. However, mine is not currently working. It was but then it stopped 11 days after I upgraded. My error is "failed to execute script electrum-zclassic." I'm running Windows 7 x64. I posted about in the zclassic telegram and discovered someone else having the same exact issue in the zclassic ce telegram. Waiting for a response from the devs/admin.
