Miner will not connect to Z-nomp #241

I have Z-nomp installed on a linux machine while my miners are on a windows 10 machine.

Z-nomp appears to be running correctly; no noticeable errors. you can access the website from the local machine

the miners; I've mined on several pools and they work fine. but, when I try to connect to my Z-nomp pool all I get is errors ERROR: Cannot connect to ... Failed to connect, retry in ...

tried connecting to the web page 192.168.1.103:8080 from the miners and I get failed to connect but I can connect to 192.168.1.103.

everything appears to be a connection to z-nomp.

any ideas
