difference b/w addresses #350

I am new in this area , i want to know the difference b/w three address & how i can get this address

"_comment_address": "a transparent address to send coinbase rewards to and to transfer to zAddress.",

"zAddress": "",
"_comment_zAddress": "a private address used to send coins to tAddress.",

"tAddress": "",
"_comment_tAddress": "transparent address used to send payments, make this a different address, otherwise payments will not send",

thanks igorvolataic for replying how i can get this address actually i mined one coin , mining was successfull but my blocks are not increasing i thought the issue is due to this address image

i mined @igorvoltaic while mining workers also increased 0 to 1 and thats why Valid Share Increase 6483.
