I got zEdit to partially work under Lutris-GE-lol-8.7.1 and Proton-GE-8.32 so I can load the Instance in this case Fallout 4, configure the settings and finally merging the plugins with zMerge. But the major problem to have a smooth experience with it is that the Window GUI rendering is fairly glitchy. It often fails to update the GUI elements and it also renders a lot of black windows so I am constantly forced to alt tab out of the program and select the program again in order to use it.
There was also a instance of me running zEdit without any GUI rendering glitches but I have a hard time replicating this success so it often ends up with me stuck that the zEdit program has a glitchy GUI rendering.
