I really want YouTube Music sync for everything. For example, making a new playlist will add it to YouTube Music to add songs that will sync together, and liked songs and history will all just sync. This would be awesome and best for using multiple devices.
We really need to be able to at least import Playlist files!
Playlist file format should be lines of YouTube video ids. Is this really useful?
Yes

YouTube API lets you create and add music to playlists, so it could theoretically be possible.
Maybe an option to sync from InnerTune to YouTube like innertune does (it syncs from YouTube playlist to innertune playlist).

Feature description
Basically, The local playlist can be shared with other people using a link. Another Alternative could save the local playlist in your YouTube Music account.
Why do you want this feature?
This feature would help a lot with finding what other people listen to using links. This a very efficient way of discovering everyone's music taste.
