[codebase]: handle zpmod #60

Due to changes in code minor changes and checks has to be introduced to handle zpmod with zi.

[ ] Adjust Zi loader and Zi to inform the user about zpmod. e.g: loader loads zpmod if it is installed automatically, however, the user is advised on how to load the zpmod module in zshrc, this should be avoided and handled correctly.
[ ] Check for .config/user-dirs.dirs and .config/user-dirs.locale files and assign xdg dir accordingly (compatibility maintenance).
