Only 10 Characters can be seen from Team name #109

Most team names in BSSC are 'Clever' and are much longer than that.

You never get to see the full team name if its more than 10. Ideally there is a larger amount of characters that can be seen.

Parthi, can we max name length longer? maybe 16 char? Would UI be ok?
