Mandatory fields are not called out in League Free agent sign up form #362

  1. Navigate to The league free agent sign up form - Example --- http://ec2-54-237-41-83.compute-1.amazonaws.com/league/signup/players/c9f6e100-8784-47cb-b8cc-46190dc338df 2.* is being used to mark mandatory fields... however this is not said anywhere on the form... this could confuse some users.
