League Free agents do not trigger notification #364

  1. Created a league
  2. Created a signup form
  3. Had two new members fill out that form
  4. Logged in as league manager
  5. No notification appeared that I had two people interested... Is there a plan to handle this? The Requests and notifications could be used?

We add a functionality where:

1- you can email all players that have been assigned teams, through a button "Email all users with..." 2- Or you can email individual players that have been assigned teams through an email button in the "Actions column" of the table
